Dr. Lu is so kind. Things went a little different than normal when I was there for my checkup, but Dr. Lu called me to reassure me everything with my eyes is fine. I appreciate him so much for doing that. I have trusted him for years with my eyes. I trust him so much that 2 of my sons go to him, my daughter in law and granddaughters all go to him as well. He's always so nice and truly cares about your eyes and how you are treated while there. I highly recommend Dr. Lu and his staff.
I come all the way from the westbank to come here ! I love this place! The doctor is incredible and very kind. The staff is on top their game and always very kind. I could never go anywhere else again now that I've been here. I've never had any problems or complaints in the past 6 years I've been coming here. I highly recommend coming here for the family.
Dr. Lou was extremely positive and personal as was his staff. Even though I was a new client and my contact needs were fairly complicated (astigmatism), I was in and out in less than an hour. Everything was explained to me, so I never felt awkward or ignorant. Also, they offer services I was previously unaware of entirely. Lastly, there wasn't anything for children to do in the waiting area. I wasn't with my kids, but if I were, it would have been nice for them to have some basic items (e.g. coloring books, blocks, etc.). That was the only negative and it didn't even effect my visit - truly exceptional.
